Aluminum Alloy Venturi Valve

Response speed < 1 second; air volume control accuracy ≤ ±5%; no straight pipe sections are required before and after the valve;

Valve body material: aluminum alloy spinning, one-time molding, the inner and outer walls are sprayed with epoxy resin (Teflon can also be sprayed on demand); valve stem material: 304 stainless steel + Teflon spraying, bracket 304 stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, good consistency;

Pressure independence: Self-adjusting mechanical structure, the air volume within the pressure range of 150pa ~ 750pa has nothing to do with the static pressure in the pipeline; suitable for exhaust or fresh air supplementary air, fume hood exhaust, room exhaust, etc. that require high air volume accuracy

Basic principle:

Pressure-independent control : All valves perform self-operated dynamic adjustment to static pressure changes to maintain a fixed air flow rate. Each valve has a cone assembly with a spring designed to compensate for changes in duct pressure.
